Microflame

With microflame soldering the heat is generated by the burning of hydrogen with oxygen. The fuel is extracted by electrolyse in order to have a constant flame and equal heat distribution. The cathode produces hydrogen and the anode produces oxygen in rate of 2:1. The generated fuel quantity can be stepless adjusted by the applied voltage. The small and precise flame has a temperature of 2000-3000 degrees. With additive of alcohol it's possible to reduce the flame temperature. The additional demand of oxygen because of the alcohol burning causes a reduction zone in the flame and removes oxide films at the soldering surfaces.
We employ Spirig, SPIRFLAMEŽ-generator as Systemintegrator .
